Our Services
We are a contract company for engineers and engineering firms working together to create permit and construction documents, schematics, shop drawings, and As-Builts drawings. JMK also works for contractors and building owners to create As-Builts, schematic and coordination drawings. Our areas of expertise include Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical design and drafting of small retail, franchises, schools, office spaces, tenant fit-out, and more.
Our Story
JMK Design & Drafting was founded in February 2020. President and Sr. Designer Jamie Kilner brings over 18 years of experience in both the consulting engineering and construction industries creating detailed plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering construction and coordination documents. Working in both of these industries has broadened his perspective and allows him to better meet the needs of his clients. Jamie has vast knowledge and experience with AutoCAD and Revit. He prides himself on providing a high quality of well-thought out design and plans resulting in smooth installation and construction. His experience with value engineering and cost estimating enables him to create cost effective designs.
